If your notebook has a SIM card slot, you will have to install the supported WWAN adapter listed in chapter 3, page 23 of the service manual:

 

Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Intel XMM 7560 R + LTE-Advanced Pro WWAN (Cat 16)  HP part # N00182-001.

 

Before buying the above WWAN adapter, make sure that your notebook has the required antenna wires included where the WWAN adapter installs.

 

Chapter 5 has the WWAN adapter removal and replacement procedure.
