Product: HP Envy Pro 6430
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp Envy Pro 6430 printer randomly fails to print a job after operating successfully, with the status showing "offline".

I have found that unplugging the power lead for a few seconds then plugging it back in brings the printer back online, but this is very annoying and inconvenient. I can't identify the cause of it going offline. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. Thanks.
