My printer went offline for awhile and I am just now trying to fix it. I finally got to where I am readding my printer and now am trying to connect my printer to my wifi. It is saying that my wifi password is incorrect which it is not, I even double checked the password to make sure that I was typing in the correct password and it was. I have typed in the correct password multiple times but it is still not working and there is no support available to me because my printer is no longer in warranty so I can't talk to an actual person, just a robot that is not helpful. Nothing that the virtual assistant has done has been helpful so I need a solution so I can use my printer and if I don't I am just going to buy a new printer that is not HP.

Hi @hcoughlin2000,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are trying to connect the printer to the network.
Connect the printer using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (printers without a touchscreen)
Use the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) button on your router to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Place the printer near the Wi-Fi router.
Put the printer in WPS connection mode.
Most printers without a touchscreen control panel: Press and hold the Wireless button for five seconds or until the wireless light starts to flash.
HP Deskjet 6000 and 6400, ENVY 6000 and 6400, and Tango printers: Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Power button on the back of the printer for five seconds until the blue bar flashes.
Within two minutes, press and hold the WPS button on the router until the connection process begins.
Wait for the Wireless light or bar on the printer to stop flashing. The printer is now connected to the network.
