WiFi light flashes. Going through the Wireless Wizard Setup, the printer does not "see" the network. After entering the network and password, it does not connect. Do I factory reset the printer and then try to enter the network and password?

There are several moving parts to connecting the printer to a 5G network.
Places to check / considerations
Start with the easy bits
If you are sure all is "just as it should be",
Restart everything, including the router that controls the network.

Network defaults are explained on Page 84

Dual Band router / network considerations
The printer might - or might not - connect to 5GHz - the documentation is unclear on the subject.
Regardless, the printer should be able to connect to your network if your router supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz.
Set the router to broadcast on both 5GHz and 2.4GHz.
Create (if possible) a separately named SSID network for each frequency.
Try connecting to the SSID named network for the 5GHz band / frequency.
No Joy? Connect the printer to the SSID named network for the 2.4 band / frequency.
Note the suggestion to switch OFF "hopping" on the router (if supported).
