Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

Having issues connecting my device to the web. I have a desktop. I've had the printer for 6 years and never had problem connecting. also getting a message on printer saying no longer enrolled in HP Instant ink. i never dis-enrolled, i'm still enrolled
