@Tonchan

Hello,

Use the Wireless Setup Wizard from the printer control panel display to set up wireless
communication.

  1. From the printer control panel display, touch and slide your finger across the screen and then touch Setup (Setup icon) icon.
  2. Touch Network Setup, then touch Wireless Settings, and then Wireless Setup Wizard.
  3. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Please download and install your printer with the HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers.

To establish a network connection with your printer, please follow the instructions in the following HP document: Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.

Best regards,:Wink:

The Wireless Setup Wizard provides an easy way to set up and manage the wireless connection

I did what you suggested to do, but I still have a connection problem. We are using xFi of Xfinity.

This device is a combination of a modem and and a router. After I did what you suggested. The printer console gave two IP addresses, one  Wireless Setup Wizard completes and the other when Connection icon is clicked.
The former address is 169.254.*.* and the latter is 10.0.*.*  The Web server inside the printer can be accessed with the latter address. However, Connection icon still shows the network and internet error.
I pressed Set Proxy button , but this did not help.

I will greatly appreciate it if you can help me.
