Hello,
Use the Wireless button on the back of your printer to restore Wi-Fi setup mode.
-
On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button (
) for five seconds.
Note: Your control panel might look different than the following example, but the steps are the same.
-
Wait for the Status light to turn purple.
-
Within two hours, return to the app or software to find and add your printer and complete the setup.
Then reconfigure your printer in your wireless network. It may be necessary to use a temporary USB connection to reconnect your printer to the wireless network. HP DeskJet, ENVY 6000, 6400 printers - Wireless printer setup.
I remain at your disposal in case of need.
Best regards,
