printer.pngHello to everybody, I have a problem with my HP Laserjet, i can't see anymore my printer on my PC by wifi connection, i can use it only by usb cable. Even with my mobile phone i can't find my printer. I erased every driver and installed new one, the printer wifi connection is ok and is connetcted at the same wifi line i use with my pc.

On windows 10 i can see NPICAA1B2 Driver not installed but i dont find any explanation on the net.

The crazy thing is that i have one old laptop, with windows 10 pro that can find the hp and print by wifi connection without problems because driver NPICAA1B2 seems to be installed.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are getting printer connectivity and driver issue, I am here to assist you to fix the issue.

Are the printer and the computer connected to the same network?

Are you using a dual-band router?

If yes, make sure the printer and the computer are connected to the same bandwidth.

Meanwhile:-

Uninstall and reinstall the printer driver to fix the issue.

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer-related software.

  • In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
  • Select your HP printer.
  • Select Uninstall.
  • In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
  • In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
  • Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
  • Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
  • Click on Drivers tab.
  • Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
  • Select OK.
  • Remove all instances of the same.
