I think I need to uninstall the HP app I have and try downloading a new one, but even though I've moved the HP App icons to the trash & emptied, it's still in the cloud, and when I go to the HP site my only option is to open the app I have, that's not working. I've tried over a few hours now. Each time I click on the app, I get this msg:  

"We're sorry, something went wrong

We couldn't load the app right now. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please retry or exit the app and try again later." How do I uninstall and start fresh?
