Common problems for Connectivity Issues

I seem to be able to print something but the next day I need to print the printer is offline and and I have to go through all the set up steps again. What’s the trick to be able to print anytime and all the time. Frustrating to not be able to just run up and print something right away.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Network Setup.3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. 4. Touch Yes.

 

 

Once done, connect the Printer back to the Wi-Fi.

I do those steps to get it to work but the problem is I have to do those steps the next day again and every new day or few hours again, and again.
