Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Attempting to set up WiFi to my Laserjet Pro 400 color printer fails; the blue wireless light keeps blinking.  I had a similar issue with my solar panel monitor when I upgraded to a Starlink system, because the solar panel monitor was only 3G compatible.  Is it possible that my printer is not compatible with the Starlink WiFi router for the same reason.  Signal level is not an issue, as the printer is 4 feet away from the router.  I can see the printer WiFi on my Android phone, so it is trying to connect.
