Product: HP LaserJet Pro M404dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 49 network connected M404dn printers and every single one of them, and only these specific models have this issue, will not access the Event log

I access the Embedded web service via IP, go to tools > Reports > Event Log.  Every printer, every time gets the same error:

"System Error
Network connection error. Check network and try again."

 

This is the only report/log that has this issue and it affects every M404dn and M404dw we have. I've seen others report this issue and not resolved. Seems to be a bug with the printer. Firmware version MOGAMIXXXN002.2230D.00
