Hello,
Print a Network Configuration Page to make sure that the printer is on the same network as the computer.
- On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button (
) and the Information button (
) at the same time.
Both a Network Configuration Page and a Wireless Network Test Report print.

Hi,
Apologies for jumping in unannounced.
Please also make sure the wireless radio is On with a solid or a blinking blue light, if it is off be sure to shortly press the wireless button first to turn on the wireless radio and only then print the report to locate its Mac Address information.
