Worst printer ever! Have to reinstall drivers every time I want to scan something. I thought I would pay extra for the smart tank because I wanted a smooth, trouble free experience. I would have been better off with the cheapest office jet.

We have two of these awful printers and I've tried setting mine to also appear on the network with security settings to only allow me to use it but in fine HP fashion it keeps allowing other users to access and print from it.  The HP smart software on another user's machine keeps tying them to my printer instead of the 7301 hooked to it by USB so when they try to print it keeps showing up on my printer.

 

I had to turn off network printing on my printer to stop it and that is just pure BS!  I will never allow more than one HP printer in the house at a time ever again especially since they are controlled by such horrible software.
