HP OfficeJet Pro 9015
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My OfficeJet Pro 9015 printer is offline. It does not recognize that the printer is already enrolled in Instant Ink because of the loss of the wireless connection. Without internet, the HP printer is unable to update Instant Ink that the cartridges are already enrolled. As a result, I am stuck in a loop where a reset of the printer only brings the touchscreen panel back to the HP Instant Ink cartridge error. I have tried a hard reset (including plugging the printer into a wall outlet) and the HP Easy Start / HP Smart / HP Print and Scan Doctor functions as well as resetting my internet network entirely through my router. Yet, all my devices are still unable to recognize the printer and my wireless network cannot connect to it, causing Instant Ink unable to update that the cartridges are in fact enrolled.

I would really appreciate your help! Thank you.

I should add, that as a result, I am unable to access my touchscreen panel at all. At worst, when I click the "Hide" button to the Error message for Instant Ink, it brings"a "Printing the alignment page..." message that never prints. I have tried keeping it on this page for over 72 hours. It doesn't move forward and I am unable to access the settings on the touchscreen panel.

I have a similar problem - my 9015 printer comes to life after I unplug and do a power cycle, but it goes offline - spontaneously - after about an hour. The front panel is dark, the power light and wireless light stay illuminated, but the power button does not work- the printer turns into  an inert block. I have tried the 'print and scan doctor' application many times, without any success. Of course this works only when the software can connect to the printer, which is after I do a power cycle. I have also tried to use the HP Smart 'diagnose and fix' option of the app multiple times- it runs and does not find any problems when the printer is online, but then  when the printer goes offline, it cannot connect to it.
