Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hi, I have printer HP Color LaserJet Pro M254nw.....

when I grant access to all users, the printer can be used normaly, but after I added the printer user, those who have printer access can no  longer Use it, I have tried several other brands of printers, didn't find a problem

 

does anyone have the same problem ???

please give me a solution
