Officejet 3830 will not print

HP Recommended
dell inspiron 3252
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently installed a new modem (ATT5712), but now my Officejet 3830 will not print. My 3830 and HP account confirm it is connected to the internet, etc., and the HP Print and Scan Doctor says the 3830 is ok,  but it will not print.

 

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to print over the wireless setup

 

To assist better -

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone? 
  2.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  3. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
