Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

My printer will not connect to internet and will not let me change to connect.  I have tried totally removing the printer from my computer and re installing, rebooting and nothing works.  It was working before but since I have not used in a couple months its now frozen I guess you can say.  My warranty just ran out (of course) so, I havent had it that long.  In fact, I just bought it about 9 months ago (last summer).  Anyone know how to help with this?

Are you able to copy? To which device is your Printer connected to?

 

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

 

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
