I have a Officejet pro 9010 Printer series (9015) that will not connect to Wi-Fi. It was working fine. Then one day it said it was offline and the LCD Display no longer displays the wifi icon but instead it shows an Ethernet icon with exclamation triangle. It does not show the option for Wifi Wizard set up. Every time I click Network set up it gives me the message: Ethernet cable is not detected. Make sure it's connected on both ends.
I think I need a factory reset. How do I do that?

Hi@AdrianaM26,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-In-One Printer.
I have a few recommendations
- For wireless printing please click this link.
-
Install HP Smart app to complete setup and support
- Install printer software and drivers.
- Create an HP account and register your printer.
- Connect your printer to Wi-Fi, load paper, and install cartridges.
- On your Windows computer, open Printers & Scanners and delete the printer. Open the HP Smart app, and sign in. Prepare the printer by resetting the network settings to the default. On printers with a touchscreen printer, select Restore Network Defaults from the Wireless Settings or Restore Settings menu.
- For HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network) click this link https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1780623-1698506-16
