Product: HP Envy 4520
Operating System: Other

HP envy 4520 produces tilted output.  I try aligning printer and resulting alignment page not recognized when I press the scan button after placing the alignment page on the window.   After failing on 2nd attempt, cartridges are set to original setting, but output still tilted.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the print alignment.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and update the printer firmware and check if it helps.
