Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After changing from ADSL internet conention to optical fiber with a new router, I have lost teh option for printing remotely (hpeprint). After a time I have tried to reconfigure it, but no way to connect to HP web services.

Printer: HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g

Router: Vodafone MTA SIP Sagemcom ST3686

I have enabled DMZ and opened the port 9100 for the printer, but no results so far.

Already restart teh router and teh printer a couple of times, but no results as well.

Will appreciate your help, thanks
