Two weeks ago I bought the HP Envy 6032 printer and everything worked well. But one day, the printer didn´t connect to the Wlan anymore. The printer has no screen, but some keys and to turn on the wifi configuration of the printer you need to pull a button in the back. But when I do this, there´s just kinda ´Peeeep`and `dim dim dim´that sounds like ´error!´. The virtual agent told me to install a software to reconfigurate the printer and solve some problems. But nothing worked. Can anybody help me?
