Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

I have posted this problem multiple times with little success in an answer.  To recap, I have to use the trouble shooter to get the printer to run the pending job.  This happens on my Win 11 PC as well as my Win10 laptop.

It does not matter what the print job is, a picture or a pdf file.

The printer shows "Needs attention"  or something to that effect.

After running the troubleshooter the page is printed and the attention message is removed.

I have re-installed all the drivers and HPSmart with no change.  This becomes very annoying.

Help.
