Product: Deskjet 2632
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer suddenly stopped working . I can't print from my PC or mobile phone. When I try to print a message comes up saying the printer is offline.

I got in touch with HP support but that didn't solve the problem 

Any help greatly appreciated.
