HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a wireless HP Deskjet 210 about 3-4 years old

I am with Virgin Media

They have provided an new HUB4 router but the printer  does not seem to want to re-connect to the network

Ive tried updates, drivers and all teh tips i can follow but no luck

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Thanks for offering that help

I was able to resolve it with the help from the Whats App Chat with Asam

It did take most of the day due to personal circumstances but in the end, using the app he led me through the process and re-connected it

 

It was a bit of a mission but we got there in the end

 

And all from "only" upgrading a Router!
