Product: HP Photosmart 5510 e-All-in-One Printer - B111a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer connects to the internet, I can print and scan from my computer and iPhone but when I press e-print on the printer I get the error message:

"The Printer was unable to connect to the server, check the internet connection and try again, or entyer a proxy address"

I tried to enable the Web Services but it says it can't so I cant issue a claim number.

I've had this problem for a long time and never find the solution. Please could anyone help?
