Office Jet 8600

Connection to internet/router for OfficeJet 8600 has been lost.    The printer can see the correct internet/router address but when correct password entered, it just says "can not connect."  Diagnostic say this is a MAC address filtering issue on router but this is not enabled on router.    Seems like it just quit working.  Why?

This is resolved.  The internet provider had changed a setting which toggled between 2.4 and 5.0 G connectivity.  As a result the printer could not access the higher setting.   I called the ISP, waited for a long time  and they changed the settings and the printer then had no problem accessing.   In short, fault was with the ISP not the printer
