The print looks normal, notice ready. I ran the troubleshooting. I turn on/off my laptop and printer. Update and Re-install driver, checked the IP of the printer and laptop, change the new port, I ran the network diagnostics, printer troubleshooting, Hp doctor, turn off anti-virus, fix spooler, In summary, I tried everything I can find here and the internet. The print just simple quite to my command. No error message appears. After sending the print job, I saw at the print and "0 documents pending". I tried to print from MS, pdf, google chrome, Microsoft edge. Nothing can print. The same situation when I use the USB connection to my laptop for printing.
The other 3 laptops in my office still print normally.
