I have seen many similar issues but I am unable to figure out the issue. The WiFi connects to the WiFi fine and I can print via email but cannot connect to the printer through the local WiFi network. Both the computer and printer are on the same WiFi SSID network. I cannot ping the printer from the computer. I have confirmed the latest firmware on the printer. I have tried DHCP and static IP no luck. The WiFi device is a SonicWall SoHo device. I have downgraded the WiFi to 2.4GHz 802.11n Only. All other devices in the WiFi network work fine. As I said the email print works fine so the printer is clearly on the network. Just local printer discover and ping do not work. This is a brand new printer and the initial setup and have spent way too many hours on this. Any input is appreciated.
