Product: envy 5010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
For quite a while I have been using my envy 5010 printer on various computers. I have now a new computer and it seems impossible to print from this computer. The app is installed. I can select the printer but when I push PRINT I get the message that there was an error. The error itself is not described. Printer still works perfect from other computers.
I tried to print a test page via the app from this new computer and that works fine. Any suggestions how to solve this.
