Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you trying to print from an Android or Apple phone? 

  • Could you share the screen where it's asking for the pin? 

  • Are you trying to connect to home wireless network or HP named network?
