instant nk account page sows account details and notifications but NOT overview, usage or billing information 

 

the screens shows loading symble but never finishes or down loads. it had done before. Help

I see that you are not able to view all the features on the Instant Ink home page.

Are you using a Win PC or a Mac?

Try using a different web browser like Google Chrome or Firefox and check if that helps.
