Product: officejet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my printer will not print from my computer however prints from my Samsung android cell phone. I have  tied all the steps that were listed for not printing, nothing worked. Seems to have happened since one of the windows 10 updates but not sure when it happened. When I print a test page it prints only a few items in color but nothing else, When I try to print from word it sends the page but nothing prints on it. Help I need to be able to print documents.
