replace old with envy 7155 all installed, printed status says:  online-wifi- blue light on, etc etc.  went to print. dang ugh, popup "printer offline." what am i missing? ???  i'm not into all this tech stuff, just need a printer to work. anyone have suggestions?

Click the Windows "Start" button.

Then, "Settings" & "Devices" & "Printers" & click on your printer.

Do you see a "show what is printing" ?

If so, click to open a new window.

In that window, click on "Printer" to open a pull-down menu.

Do you see "use this printer offline"  item?

If you do, remove any check-mark before the above item.
