Здравствуйте.

 

Через диспетчер устройств я увидела, что у меня не установлены 2 драйвера:

 - PCI \ VEN_197B & DEV_2393 & SUBSYS_17F3103C & REV_30

- PCI \ VEN_197B & DEV_2392 & SUBSYS_17F3103C & REV_30

Я не знаю какие функции они выполняют. И я не уверена, что проблемы с USB - портом именно по причине отсутствия этих драйверов.

 

Я нашла специальную тему на форуме, которая посвящена Windows 10. Драйвера с той темы установились, но в Диспетчере устройств ничего не изменилось.

 

Где мне найти нужное?

The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
