Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Struggling to see how to complete this one:

01065807 hp page wide pro 477,452,552,577 family service qualification.

 

Im stuck on 66%.

 The WBT says in-progress.

 It says there’s an assessment, but when I click on it there’s no option to start it ?

 

 

I have clicked on “Get support”:

But it says:

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

 

Any ideas?

you can try contacting the SABA people, but i actually abandoned the SABA cert- it's tagged "not working" and looks like a few asian people tagged it not working as well.
