Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

dear all

i have printer (HP officejet pro x476dw mfp)

when i try to print it is showing tow error message i tried to find the solution in the sit but it is not there 

so would you mind to help please.

 

the errors is :

* 0x61000011

* 0x610000d4

There is an issue on the print bar.
