i got error 0xc19a0020 i tried everything to solve this problem.....But i got nothing it still with error

 

please help

Hello

If you have followed the online troubleshooting and still getting this error then it is a hardware issue with the printer

 

If you are still in warrenty (warrenty checker link http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/weInput?cc=uk&dlc=en&jumpid=oc_r1002_uken&lang=en&lc=en&product=5... )

HP should be able to replace it with that error.

 

If you are out of warrenty unfortunatly there is nothing else that can be done 😞

 

Mainly this happens if refills or compatible cartridge have been in the printer however rarly this can happen if there is a fault with the ink system itself

Hi Everyone,

Follow the steps below, and let me know what happens?

 

Performing a reset
Follow these steps to perform a reset of the product.
1. Press the Power button ( ) to turn on the product.
2. Remove all the cartridges from the printer
3. With the product turned on , disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5. Wait at least 2 minutes.
6. Plug the power cord directly into the wall outlet.
7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
8. If the product does not turn on by itself, press the Power button ( ) to turn it on.
9. Wait for the printer to ask for the cartridges to be re-installed

i followed the steps but it doesn't ask for the cartridges , and the screen still with the ink system failure 0xc19a0020

You are having a hardware failure with this printer. You will need to contact support to assist you with this problem. Refer to Message 5 above
