This error code, 0xc6fd0913, comes up randomly for my OfficeJet Pro X476dn MFP. I found nothing on the description this error. What could be the cause of a printer error , I would like to restore it , because the warranty period has passed for him.

Hi Kirill1,
I'd like to help you with your issue, but I need a little more information.
When the error code appears, does it stop or prevent an operation, such as printing, scanning, or copying?

The printer may generate an error after switching on or during printing, print some sheets. It is strange that the print head is operable, but then comes this error. Is the problem only allowed the replacement printhead, and whether they meet separately?

I also noticed that the error falls mostly in printing color images, When printing or copying Black and white version of the error does not occur, and the error appears immediately when you try to start the head cleaning.
