Product: DesignJet 110plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After do a new install on a new computer the printing preferences dialogue box is corrupted.  Strange characters.  The printer function fine.  I have even been able to find out how to at least set the papaer size, that is all that i have been able to desern.  Any ideas on how to get this back to normal?
