Yes mohsen jan.grounded is tree way outlet but i try it doesnt solve this problem only way to solve this problem is use santeral .hp must give new firm ware but un furtunetly dont pay attention to this issue

Thank you to everyone who has posted to this thread. Please be aware that HP takes this issue very seriously. I will post an update to this thread when as soon as I have one. In the meantime, we have tracely this issue to ungrounded power supplies. Please make sure you are using grounded powers supplies.

  1. I have updated the latest firmware 20150228, send fax still not work ( set to max 60 min sleep)

i have two    m127fn one of them right but another have problem.

when tell ring fax dont work on sleep mode

 

نمیدونم این hp چه مرگشه

یک پرینتر اول خریدم هیج مشکلی نداشت دومی نمیدونم چرا اذیت میکنه تمام تنضیماتش هم مثل هم

چه مزخرفاتی مگه میشه محافظ برق رو اسلیپ تاثیر بذاره؟ این hp داغونه با این جواباش

One thing to try is saving a delayed fax in memory.  On some models this will prevent the unit from going into sleep mode.  I am not sure if it will work on this model but you can try.  Go to fax - fax menu - send options - send fax later.  Fill in with the year way out in the future - like 2020.  Put in an invalid phone number like 555 so it will not send.  Put one blank page in the ADF.  Try this and see what happens.

at this mode,The device does not goes to sleep.

خیال کنم منظورت این بود در تنظیمات دستگاه بمونه که به حالت اسلیپ نره
