hp deskjet aio 3755
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I am unable to do 2 sided printing on the 3755 aio printer.  The box for the 2 sided printing is greyed out..Is  there a way to get this enabled? I've tried to enable to no avail..Hope there is a way to get this feature...

Hi,

Sounds like you have not installed its software and drivers to your computer yẹt It does not support automatic duplex printing but the driver allows you to print duplex MANUALLY that means it will print odd/even pages then ask you to turn paper up-side-down for it to continue to print even/odd pages.

Please install its software and drivers to your computer first.

Regards.

I did download the software & drivers off the hp site, as I don't have a disc drive on my computer..Should I go back & check if all the drivers were downloaded?  Perhaps that's the problem..Thanks for your help.

Checked w/the HP site, & the drivers are downloaded..The 2 sided printing area is still greyed out..Is there another place I can go for help w/this? I could try live chat..Hmmmm, perhaps will do that..I hope someone here has a solution for me.

Thanx....
