I am a visually impaired disabled user and have found it IMPOSSIBLE to get help from HP!
I recently bought a Mac Mini and my ISP helped me locate my HP3050A on my wireless network using it's IP address.
This allows me to print, but I seem to have no desktop utilities for scanning / copying etc. I cannot find any link to the software I might need, the HP site links to confusing information but no actual software, there are no visible customer support numbers to call and despite explaining that forum sare extremeley difficult for me to use as a result of my vision, the auotmated responses from HP simply tell me I am out of warranty and prevent me from any other options.
Somebody please help!

Hi @garrygladden,
Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you are unable to scan or copy from your HP Deskjet 3050A e-All-in-One Printer.
This issue has occurred because the full feature software is not available.
However, you can download and install the HP easy scan software for scanning.
And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: How to Scan from the Computer (Mac)
Let me know how this works.
You have a good day ahead.
