Hello,
I am an authorized HP Tech working on the Flow M525c. Currently experiencing on startup a 31.13.02 Jam in ADF error. Open and close ADF and error clears. Prints config page fine. When I insert pages to copy from ADF, a 31.03.36 Pick Sensor error appears. It will still feed the pages and copy them.
I've replaced the ADF twice, scanner bed once and formatter once. All with no success. I've also upgraded and downgraded the firmware, as well as switched between FutureSmart level 2 and 3, also with no success.
I've made sure that the ADF's have been the correct ones. This printer uses the one with the ultra sonic paper sensor and not the one with an actual paper flag.
I'm at my whits end!! Any suggestions?
Regards.
Marvin.

Are you asking is there a board or are you telling me there is one?

make sure that you product will be
CD645A - M575f - pickup flag sensor
CD646A - M575c - ultra-sonic sensor
check the configuration page into the web embeded browser.
these errors 31.03.36 Pick Sensor Error and 31.13.02 ADF Jam Error are reserved only for the CD645A - M575f with pickup manual sensor flag not for CD646A - M525c with ultra-sonic sensor
wrong formatter installed or not correct firmware upgrade, check this point...
regards
