HP Recommended
Product: Designjet 450c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I had to replace my WindpowsXP computer. Everything installed properly. However, when I try to plot my drawings, there is no communication to the plotter, the green light stays solid. I connected the plotter to the old computer and the plotter works fine so I know the cable is good.

 

I think I need to reinstall the plotter driver but cannot find one anywhere. Not sure if ther could be something else that is prohibiting the connection.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
