Product: Officejet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit)

I am unable to print except for the test page.  I've tried Word, Excel, webpages, PDF, etc.  I've reinstalled the drivers to no avail.

Do print jobs stay in the queue or do they disappear?  Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen?

 

Running the diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.  Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.

Thanks Bob.  I ran HP Print and Scan Doctor and it started working.
