Product: HP 477dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
After a large print job (possibly the output tray is too full), the output flap stays open and the printer becomes non-responsive. The built-in web server cannot be accessed either. The only solution appears to be pulling the plug and letting the printer re-initialize. Holding the off button does nothing.

I think more info is needed.
Full product name.
Current FW installed.
Size of job.
Type of file.
Type of connection
Is it on the network?
Can you share the file?
But before that please update your unit and try before replying. Thanks
