Do you have any information regarding this error that is displaying on my printer?

First thing to try,

Switch the printer off, clear the print queues then switch the printer back on.

See how you go.

Hello, to add to the above poster, you can take the machine off the network, plug into a laptop, powercycle machine see if it comes to ready and try to print. If it does print fine, i would flash the latest firmware, then put it back on the network, if the error comes back after the update, clear the que, powercycle. If it works after clearing then you have an issue with the file being sent to the machine, probably a corrupt file or something.

Hope this helps....

Hello Chris,

The 49.4C02 can be defined as a bad communication between the formatter card and the Firmware caused by a damaged or corrupted file which still blocked on the print queue "Spooler" while printing through the network.

The 1st step to do, is to reboot printer without network cable... If the error doesn't appear then you have to :

Turn off the printer and clear the spooler "print queue" of all the PC connected to the machine to destroy any damaged or corrupted file blocked , then turn on your machine.

if the error persist even without network :

- A formatter card replacement will be needed.

-A  FirmWare update will be needed

I hope this information will help you,

Best regards!
