Welcome to HP support community.
Is the printer connected to wall outlet?
Meanwhile:
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.

50.2 error indicates that the printer is not heating up fast enough. This can be caused by a bad heating element in the fuser but can also be caused when the printer does not have adequate power due to overloaded circuits or being plugged into a power strip or surge bar that limits current flow. Try a different circuit or plug printer directly into the wall and cycle the power.
