HP LaserJet M604
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

This is a new printer with only 1400 impressions. I am receiving this error: '50.2F.11 Fuser error". I shutdown, unplugged the printer and restarted it. The same error was thrown. What else is there to do besides replacing the fuser? The warranty is until November 2016.

I did call HP Support and the machine was under manufacturer warranty yet. They sent out a tech to perform the work. The error had nothing to do with the fuser. I was a faulty power supply which feeds the fuser. I am still disappointed in Hp's quality. My next purchase will be a Xerox.

Replacing the fuser is the first step and if it's in warranty and brand new then hp should ship you a fuser.

You need to contact HP support or an HP authorized service provider.
